MATTHEW HAAPOJA

 Matthew Haapoja is primarily involved in corporate/commercial, estate planning, landlord/tenant and political/First Amendment litigation at the law firm of Trimble & Associates, Ltd. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he has worked since 1993. Mr. Haapoja is the General Counsel for the Republican Party of Minnesota, as well as the Republican Party of Minnesota Parliamentarian and the Chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota’s Constitution Committee.
Mr. Haapoja received a bachelor of arts in political science from Wheaton College in 1992 and graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1996. He has extensive experience with federal and State of Minnesota political campaigns, working on former Minnesota Congressman Vin Weber’s campaign and congressional staff in 1990 and 1991 and as Scheduler for Ludeman for Congress in 1992. Mr. Haapoja is the current National Committeeman for the Young Republican League of Minnesota. |
