Mike Brehm has been a commercial real estate broker for Welsh Companies since 2007. Mike represents tenants in the Downtown and West Suburban Minneapolis Markets that need to renegotiate, lease or buy entirely new space. Mike currently represents TCF Bank, Eleos Incorporated, Voyager Bank, Spangler Design and Fiction Music.

Mr. Brehm received a bachelor of science in business administration from The University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Mike also attended the Real Estate and Construction School and DU, before joining Welsh Companies.

Mike volunteers with Squash Scholars, which is a Minneapolis based program that combines tutoring, mentoring and the game of squash for middle and high school students.  Mike also spends time with Hope for the City by bringing his college alumni network to help volunteer.
